Boerne's 17 Herff development - City Council tomorrow
For anyone who has been following the 17 Herff Rd development - city council will vote on it tomorrow night 4/11. For anyone who has an interest in Boerne, this will be the decision that decides the city's future for the next 5+ years. With a $40MM+ price tag, this will certainly be one of the city's biggest real estate projects and could be dealt a big blow tomorrow
