I've also looked at property in the Augusta Georgia area  but I'm leaning more towards the Savannah area bc I feel that it's job market is a little stronger...  

Augusta Ga. is great for investing. 

If the sellers refuse to stage, they refuse the listing because they know they'll have many more coming and don't want to waste their precious time trying and trying to sell an unstaged home.

Most institutions only allow you to invest in the products they offer which often don't include items like RE and say precious metals.

And when you only have one investment property cash is precious and fleeting as you'll probably find out sooner or later.2.

However, newbies, with little or no marketing experience, real estate knowledge or contacts are more probably wasting what might be precious selling time for the seller.

wether it be gold/silver other precious metals and stones, foreign currencies, stocks, investing in a small company, running your own business, how are you guys making your money outside of the 9-5 and real estate investing?
