Real estate is already an extremely litigious realm with serious past accusations of discrimination, and a database like this would lead to a ton of lawsuits against anyone who built it and its customers I can imagine.

Hello bp members,I was just browsing at 2am and I came across a town house in the area that I am actually looking to move to in my city.

What they don't realize most REALTORS have decades of work/life experience, their children are grown, they have a working spouse and/or pension, and they've been in real estate for 10+ years and have built their business.Statistics do have value. 80% of REALTORS don't quit just because they are lazy.

It is a “town” at best.
