When I install this product and I miss a bit on a cut and have a gap on a curve or door frame, I have a caulk on hand in the closest matching color (light brown, dark brown, tan etc).

A good real estate attorney can also show you how a quit claim deed from the current possessor of the property would give you at least "color of title" that allows you to legally create a lien on the property for the taxes you pay and other funds you pay to preserve (but not to improve) the property.

I paid in house caretaker tenants, $50 to 100 to clean apt depended on size and how awful. they made up difference in doing several, each month,, the painter got set price per apt for base painting,we used same color top to bottom white, and we supplied the paint, he supplies his own paint equiptment, kilz primer was extra, and wall repair, door trim ect was extra.. the carpet guy was last to come we had a set price for 1 br or 2 br and was contracted at beginning of each year.
