It teaches you so much than reading, browsing the forums, attending REIA meetings or listening to Podcasts.

Like I said above, going through the pre-licensing class will not teach you enough about the industry or how to invest so if you really want to become immersed within Real Estate, I think you will have to do it full time versus becoming a referral agent.   

The Financial Functions like PV, FV, Rate, etc. will be needed.I didn't show any of the formulas, but, for instance, in the above, the Mortgage Payment in Cell B15 uses a Formula, PMT.Similarly, the Mortgage Balance when I calculated the Sale of the Property in Cell B20 uses a Future Value (FV) Formula.Anyway, I'm not teaching anymore.
