While people certainly gripe about increased food and energy costs, there are no nationwide cries to "cancel grocers" and most people that opt to stop paying rent are not likely to start stealing their food or gas.All that said, there are some pretty terrible landlords out there that do shady and illegal things, but they more than likely tend to be the smaller mom-and-pop landlords, which a tenant union is not likely to directly impact.

Hi Troy,Cash is king.You could get 2 jobs full time, and save 100% of the money.If you are you an "Unemployable type" for some reason, you could think about joining The Service.In the military you could try to save 100% of your pay, eat their free food, wear their free clothes, and sleep in their free beds.

The one tenant can't grow a thing but has made a huge mess and the other tenant is really trying to grow his yearly food supply taking up every little space of a once beautiful lawn and ripping it up to plant!
