They seem to not know their schedule more than a few weeks before their contract begins. 

We find Projection Lab to be pretty comparable though, if you know how to work within the assumptions and sanity check the outputs, particularly on the tax end.

I don't know about the regulations, but Turno is a great place to find cleaners.
