Also people on vacation seem to stay up later, or have more people over or cause more noise, which if you are next to full time residents also seems to generate complaints.So be sure to study up on what works and what doesn't...and try to buy a place that might avoid the normal issues.One thing I always suggest to everyone who tells me they want to buy STR, is check the rate calendar for a similar property.

Also grind it out on a property or 2 and show grit and some success and talk about real estate regularly with co-workers, friends, church, or other places you attend regularly and you will be amazed at who may come out of the woodwork.
