I like to look at the Triangle as a whole, there are so many good areas.

@Raul Mena There’s really no need for an LLC at this time, but landlord insurance and/or an umbrella insurance policy may be a good idea to give you extra protection because of those other people living in your home.

We started to log hours using REPSTRACKER, but you feel manual tracking in a spreadsheet is just as good / better? 

In general, people have been VERY good about it.

Both are good compared to all the others (e.g.
