Without an option, you have no skin in the game.  

One of the biggest things I've learned that has helped accelerate my portfolio growth is..... it's a numbers game. 

Hey guys I'm new the wholesale game and I had a question.

Good way to get in the game and pick up discounted properties( SFR, and duplex) which owner occupied gets to bid on first.

Regardless of weather or not we eventually do rent it out, I am now finally ready to get back into the REI game and pursue it regularly, and build a robust portfolio of income producing properties.  

I like having an additional income, I like to crunch numbers, I like when my kids are with me when I go see properties so they learn business at early age, and I like to be a part of this game.

Like the inevitable just waiting for you to come around the corner so it can jump up and throw you off your game or halt your progress or sink your ship I guess....

I don't play the price game.  

Along the way, I would also like to help as many people as I can realize that they can achieve financial freedom through investing.I'm a total square, spending most of my free-time reading about real estate, the economy, politics, and every so often wasting my time with video games.

Will a bank look at this like an investment property even if the end game is us actually living in it?
