Read this morning that through intense lobbying by the mortgage industry ( some one got through to someone to talk sense into them)the govmit suspending the 7% rule  this should put some downward pressure on Investor and second home interest rates..

I'm only interested in commercial real estate (office, industrial, retail, multi-family) and I've interned in office brokerage (investment sales mostly, did some leasing).

It is standard in the industry to calculate your rehab costs and then add five percent of the total budget for contingencies.

I dont think that age has anything to do with how far you can go in this industry.

I had an amazing job opportunity within the apartment industry in Atlanta with amazing growth opportunities, and jumped on it.

Its very inspirational to hear about regular people, and their story of starting out like us, just like this, and making big moves in the industry.

However i cant seem to figure out how to find the value of a industrial property after it has been rehabbed and rented out.Lets say i bought a warehouse for $500,000 using a hard money loan.

@Marlina Eva Steinson my advice, before hopping straight into the industry, shawdow a successful agent for a year.
