I'm interested in services that any of you have used to keep in good communication either VIA email, message boards, efax, database software programs?

At the office I am at currently, I pay $95 a month to have access to the office and have email and such.

I get all the coaching I need from here and from people I haved emailed & talked to from here!

We also have training available and a virtual office where you can receive your emails, faxes, important inter-office forms, and forums with our agents & brokers.

Hopefully your contract is specific about how they are supposed to get approval (written, email?)
