All I needed to do was free, SET UP MY SYSTEMS that are repeatable a) Create and use my daily scheduleb) Get documents in order using (google drive) and or Trelloc) Practice free scripts available online to use when talking to buyers and sellers d) Put together my listing presentations for buyers and sellers - digital or papere) Learn and use my CRM - paper or digitalf) Start with my sphere of influence, friends, families, etc. g) Volunteer for open houses, charity events, networking to build my databaseh) Work with your broker to set up a business plani) Know how to do a competitive market analysis  READ the books offered to realtors on Bigger Pockets written by real estate agents Whatever you do, stick to the basics that are usually free...don't go to too many trainings..focus on your basics...then later get any of those services you turned down earlier if you need them.

@Jordan LittleWe are planning to switch to self managing from 7 hours away.. we are thinking about having internet during turnover times with electronic keypads and possibly even a camera to monitor for security during showings (then removing for tenant move in).

Having these as personal accounts would make it easier to manage but the main thing is I would save money on business account fees.I guess the main thing I'm wondering is is it okay if I use personal accounts as digital envelopes for setting aside money each month so I can better plan for year-end expenses, or does everything need to be in business accounts?
