need help on painting walls on my new purchase home where I have old what trim and cabinet

Physical condition: Beyond repairing any obvious visible physical defects, a fresh coat of paint, new striping in the parking field, and some basic landscaping improvements.

It's a nice 3BR1BA house which needs no major repairs and could use cosmetic upgrades such as paint, flooring, landscaping, appliance and cabinet upgrades possibly (which I will all be doing myself while living there).

He believes the cost to do the flooring and paint and what-nots will be $15K, for a move in ready rehab.

If section 8 won't allow window units, bite the bullet and choose one of the other options. 

We have the strictest lead paint laws in the country.  

If you choose a strategy and execute correctly you can become the authority in your market.
