I am very precise and touchy about what I say and how I say it.

He didn't give me precise numbers yet but I'm led to believe that he is probably upside down in the house, though it seems he is current on payments.

Please provide more details on the originator and more precisely where you bought them.

Kyle,Your ambition is commendable--just make sure you give the proper time and attention to learning whatever your military trade is going to be; these are formative years for your military career and you don't want to neglect your training (I was in flight school at your age and there's no way I could have thought about real estate investing).That said, you need to decide your specific real estate ambitions and then chart out how you want to get there.

I dont know the next step but this is precisely the problem (opportunity) I was trying to create.Going to drive past the house today as I do not even recall it anymore even though it was found a week ago.  

I have complied a lot of data, charts, and local research, but don't know with any kind of certainty what to be expecting.
