(renters is key word, I think there's more of an appeal for homeowners and those with families - I'm making an assumption that the majority of families in southern NH with an adult commuting into Boston are buying and not renting, but please correct me if I'm wrong) To me I think the draw to southern NH needs to come from growth in southern NH (such as the tech you've mentioned), or growth north of route 3/95.

Then I wonder what happens to the investor who lost 10 homes.. what happens to him and then he or she gets sued.this has all sorts of very serious repercussions short of just should I let a tenant slide one week because of the largest natural disaster to ever hit the US>> I think it boils down to investors with money and reserves probably will work with folks.. investors who are mortgaged to the hilt this could be something that really hurts them and they will have no choice but to be hard @$$ non caring landlords regardless of cirucumstances.. and then you just have the plane old greedy could give a crap landlords. sorry for your troubles you owe money..

I know that the property management it's not a primary consideration but I share it with you cause I have a very good and reliable team in Orlando so I'm sure they will save me a lot of money if they will take care of the properties.I'll be happy to get advices and detail info from a local investors in those cities. please be specific including neighborhood names or zip codes where you think will be the best to put the money in.
