Makes no sense...Another downside is AirDNA shows my studio apartment revenue fairly accurately for the past year, but my larger condo's revenue seems to be the sum of both properties, because I haven't made anywhere near their numbers on that unit with only Airbnb.

I'm still fairly new into investing, and I have not done any deal yet, but educating myself for the past 7 months reading, studios, videos etc..., and I listen to the podcast and read the forums.

The layout is such that on paper I could redesign the bonus room, the downstairs bathroom and part of the 3 car garage into a small apartment/studio with all amenities inside my house.Any suggestions on how I could dig more into this?

one of the units is a Nice size Studio and I'm considering keeping it as airbnb for that reason at least at the beginning.

I can't imagine the commute if you had to get to work downtown or on the west side.Homes were definitely tract quality with KB making tons of margin on upgrades in the "design studio."

Hi All I have a deal im working on right now in Allentown Pa I have a 3 unit property for 50K which im financing with 25% down payment Renovations and repairs is estimated in about 15K There is one studio that can rent for 600$ 1bd for 7503 bf for 950 Does it sounds like a good deal ?

A very basic 400 sq ft studio condo can easily go for $400K upward, and the market rent is approx $2200 per month.
