I made a playlist on Youtube which is basically how I trained my staff on just how to work with Section 8 successfully. 

You can probably negotiate a lower rate.Look around here on BP and on YouTube and search on the term "FSBO". 

My wife learned how to do that on YouTube.

That gives me the next 3 or so months to work on skills and gather resources (more so than I already have during the pandemic)I'm currently enrolled in a pretty intense SketchUp class and I watch flipping videos on youtube/read flipping books.So my question to you is: If you had 3-4 months of extra time before your first flip, what skills would you have worked on?

There's excellent traininers you can find on youtube.  

I get tempted while seeing those adds/people.Same with youtube automation ( take free music and pics and make videos/motivation speeches and so on ) but it feels wrong to take avantage of other peoples work eventho it's free.Yes, long term, that's the plan.

I could spend $200-300 on a plumber to install a bathroom faucet, or I can spend an hour learning how to do it via youtube, buying the parts, and doing it myself.
