Joey Noel it's an arms race

Quite a few people basically said Minh, can you help take me out of this rat race?  

We are back on the horse after the holiday's and we are hoping to be moved into a multifamily late winter/early spring. 

Not to beat a dead horse because I believe it has already been said.....

The horses are running this month so it is a rather exciting time for our little town.

There is a lot of putting the cart before the horse from that perspective from what I see on the forums.

Property owners/managers are subject to the Federal Fair Housing Act, which prohibits "any preference, limitation, or discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin, or intention to make such preference, limitation or discrimination."

But they do hold a great race there every year in Sebring.
