After you get the interior of the property demo'd get your mechanical contractors(Electrician,HVAC,Plumber) out there so they can start work.

Does anyone know any reputable and good Electricians that work in central jersey?

If I were you I would go and find a Demo crew, Rough guys(HVAC,Plumbing,Electrician), Framer, Drywaller, Siding and Roof Guys,  Flooring guy, Kitchen guy, bathroom guy, and the list goes on. 

The only course I was short was an English 30 course, which was a required course to graduate in Alberta.I did NOT graduate, rather than taking that English course I took a “pre-employment Electrician” program which was called “dual-credit” made for creating more tradesmen in my generation.

The power will have to be set-in by a licensed electrician to meet county and city codes.

I am trying to get a team together and be proactive especially regarding, contractors, electrician, plumbers, because trying to race around after a problem has happened is a huge pain .

If you are in house flipping for example, this is who you should have in your circle:-Real estate agent-Wholesaler-General contractor-Sub contractors (electrician, plumber, framer, painter, roofer, etc)-Handyman-Designer-Architect-Engineers (electrical, structural, mechanical, civil)-Stager-Title company-Real estate attorney-CPA

Get multiple bids because electricians vary wildly.  

Electricians, plumbers, drywall, carpenter etc..

I have seen some nice deals on older homes but was scared off by my electrician.
