last month there was 2.3 flip home in palo alto, owned by usps worker office :) in sunnyvale a 3BR is selling for one mil only....... dang that's wet dream for the flipper.2 months ago there was a ghetto run-down   house in east palo alto, 200 meters from Ikea, selling for 600k, a tear-down condition, sold for 850k.

I am new to the real estate investing game and looking for opportunities to get my feet wet with little to no money. 

I have found that many investors are looking to partner on deals to help newbie investors get their feet wet!

I wouldn't trust most property managers to manage their way out of a wet paper bag.

Get your feet wet.

Out here in the country I think a more personal approach through mailers might be received better so I've been looking into companies that pull off the "wet" hand written look the best. 

We were excited because they were offering us a non-recourse loan on a five year interest only that would convert into 25 year ARM, without needing wet signatures. 

I’ve been learning from podcast and look forward to getting my feet wet soon.

It looks like the level of water in the house was pretty low but the flooring was wet at least a little in every room.

Get your feet wet on something smaller.
