I was considering pumpkins , if it works fine as long as 2 grow my kids would be happy . the hard work and long hours are routine , luck , when I bought a lottery ticket and I checked the numbers , it came back saying I owed THEM money .I already have 2 guys to deer hunt , I get 50% of the meat , The guy that use to own it had 11,000 chickens and 2 acres of strawberries in the mid 1970'sThe house isnt much , but right next door I have an efficency that the outside dimensions of the building is 23ft by 23 ft and I get $ 750 month plus utilities .

Collect routine monthly rent or collect rent from non-paying or evicted tenants?

Standard routine.

:D-StevenYeah....I even structured my log to show the drive to bank/post office etc for business first then to the property routine.

Nothing earth-shaking, but it makes me think terrible things about later routine maintenance.

And that scenario doesn't include any routine maintenance.Could be better.

It will feel uncomfortable, but you need push throughThe best advice I can possibly give (and this might sound weird) is to give up the sensation of feeling embarrassed.You'll need to really put yourself out there.

As investors, our greatest responsibility is to landlord ethically and to identify and address our own biases, especially when it's uncomfortable. 

That was unfortunate for BP to add credibility 2X to this notion and especially for investors who then got the bait and switch routine.

Most of these are standard maintenance items and should be completed routinely anyway.- Tom
