Most brokers around town will have no issues with you coming on under their umbrella to just do your own deals so long as you pay all the monthly fees & keep everything above board.

You could however write up a partnership agreement and make sure you have good liability umbrella insurance, it should protect you well enough unless you have over 1-5 million in assets.
