@Wayne Brooks this would be in mint condition, almost like a tiny home feel more than a mobile home feel.

I was out of town when they came, but the tenant would not allow them on that side of the property to fully close off the tent (there is a small wooden fence on one side and then a makeshift mesh fence she put up on the other side, preventing me from accessing that side of my property). 

I like the idea of the tiny houses from another thread to be used for senior housing.

It's a tiny house, but it sits on a big lot (.4 acre) so I'm thinking it would be a good buy/hold property for someone looking to rent it out or for potential land development if the parcel of land were subdivided.

And if you are making a good COC return but the dollars per door are tiny that's no good.
