@Donta Busch     Before you start planning on what you're going to DO with the deal, you have to HAVE a deal :) which requires convincing the seller that your solutions are better for them than just renting or selling with an agent.

These sellers are willing to trade convenience, speed, and solutions to a greater problem for some of the value of their house.

So the solution is, to have landlords review their decisions on a case by case basis.

If you are in their area they may be a great solution, and alternative, for you to avoid this problem in the future.

They call and leave a voicemail, i get the transcribed version in an email and if its an emergency i text them back with a solution.
