I’ve only had one tenant who ran a business from their home and issues arose when they needed special treatment because of this: requesting that yard maintenance only be done at a certain time of day, complaining about the level of neighborhood noise because clients needed silence, etc.

He'll be swamped now, as will anyone else I'd imagine, due to Corona-related business loan requests. 

Relief request can be made once you receive notice from IRS regarding a late filing of your return.Also, some states have a March 16th filing due date for partnerships and s-corps.

I still hear about every maintenance request and they lack necessary vendors at times( like a HVAC technician, which I think should be a must in the south) so I have to schedule the appointments myself.

We are currently waiving late fees for two weeks into April (upon request) and will consider rent deferment on a case-by-case basis to show some solidarity and flexibility during these times.

@Lex Phumirat I can provide some recommendations but right now they are all flooded with requests and bank interest rates seem to be jumping around.

Lenders are overwhelmed with the volume and they don't have the capacity to work on the number of loan requests.

Our office is current closed to outside visitors, all non-urgent maintenance requests are on hold, all tenanted properties have videos for virtual tours, and vacant properties are being toured by tenants alone.
