What are you all doing to find a tenant quickly apart from putting it on MLS?

She answers email questions quickly, and when she sends you the completed return, if you use Quickbooks, she sends the adjusting entries. 

I think it’s the fact that college athletes are coachable and execute quickly.

So yes it is important to get a contractor on board who can give you estimates quickly it just depends on when in the process you want to get him involved.

Think like company like homes or zillow or local exp team that could offer a very efficient buying process thus could offer more attractive buyer commission, especially at expensive home price above 1 mil area, that would impact heavily on heavily-dependant commission based broker.
