I had to really evaluate how close I needed to be to the blue line and what I could afford - what really got me there is that I think rideshare has lessened the overall need to be close to the train, rideshare is starting to become very competitive price wise across Chicago with CTA and it can really shift the "I have to be next to the train" mentality.

If it's a place inside the city then it is out of my price range.If it were me, I would figure out a way to get a few of those houses and then rent them out to pipeliners, other blue collar workers, or on Sec 8/HUD, which would  all be determined on location and condition of the home.

On one side there was a small leak in the blue poly water main near the meter and on the other side when you flushed the toilet water went in to the bath tub.

My grandfather recently became very ill with heart failure within the last year and while in his hospital bed out of the blue he looked over to me and said “learn how to buy some cheap houses and re-sell them teach yourself to build some wealth”, so here I am on a new journey.I pirchased about 50 bandit signs and placed 10 out as a trial and have already had 3 motivated sellers reach out to me.
