There are lots of shiny objects in real estate but it should be a normal boring process that generates money. 

I think you're focused on the wrong object here.

Determine your vacancy or occupancy rate objective by size.

@Charles E Nielsen the first thing to do is clearly define your objectives and establish your criteria.

pick a town that you feel would work best for your type of property and strategy. start getting familiar with properties in that town (price, rent price, types of homes etc.)With each objective/goal you set, take it backwards!

I wanted to create this post to introduce myself to all of the followers in this sub thread, as it seems we all have similar objectives, goals, and a purpose to obtain financial freedom through Real Estate.

They I try to tackle my highest priority objective for the day before the phone starts ringing and meetings begin.
