My partner and I looked at a property on a fairly major street in Woodland Hills, CA over the weekend.  

For questions to ask, (get an house inspection list, and review that for areas that you find to be a major concern of yours and then ask them about it).

But for the majority of them, it might just seem like even *more* hassle to sell the darn thing. 

The majority of these homes will be ranch style and around 1000sq ft in size. 

With the highest job and population growth of any city in Ohio, the incredible transformation of areas that 1 or 2 years ago were D- and now B+ its an exciting time to be involved in real estate in Ohio.

Nothing in life comes easy but I just sold a business with a bunch of employees (a major headache) but I had great ones too.

Mmmmmm I feel like the majority of HELOCs are tied to prime.....which just rose recently.......twice.

The vast majority of the return appears to from the sale “at market value” rather than holding, repositioning, etc. that might take years to complete.  

If so , would I be able to do the majority of the repairs myself, so long as I can show proof that I can do the work ( I've been a contractor for 12+ years )3.

I too learned the vast majority of my real estate knowledge though bigger pockets podcasts, forums, and books.
