The commercial machines cost ~50% more than a comparable residential model and vandalism occurs more frequently.By shifting the laundry en-suite, we were able to purchase residential, front-load, stackable, HE / EnergyStar machines for ~$1100 per pair.

you want to use a COMMERICIAL/INDUSTRIAL ozone machine. these can cost around $1k or you can just rent one for about $250. if you use one of those that you can buy on ebay for $100, It won't do the trick.cheer up - you will find the solution to the problem soon; you are doing all you can and you have time as the tenants aren't complaining.

A bushhog will do a rough cut , but they can cut tall grass vines and saplings up to 2 to 3 inches depending on the size of the machine

I've had the carpets cleaned twice, replaced the washing machine, rewired the dryer, replaced light fixtures, hired pest control services, replaced blinds, realigned door frames, and had multiple calls out to plumbers (some of them frivolous).
