you want to use a COMMERICIAL/INDUSTRIAL ozone machine. these can cost around $1k or you can just rent one for about $250. if you use one of those that you can buy on ebay for $100, It won't do the trick.cheer up - you will find the solution to the problem soon; you are doing all you can and you have time as the tenants aren't complaining.

A bushhog will do a rough cut , but they can cut tall grass vines and saplings up to 2 to 3 inches depending on the size of the machine .
