So investors tend to go for the cash flow properties as the cash is more or less stable vs relying appreciation which can be a gamble

Have made some good connections already in SA/Austin areas through this forum alone that I've been pursuing looking at deals, very cool to see this platform used as a great networker.

I’ve gotten the first 3 5-star reviews on airbnb, but none on VRBO...my first booking on that platform is coming up next. 

The power in your first deal comes from KNOWING what ever you did, is no longer a gamble.

Secondly, in looking at claims overall, very few losses completely destroy or "total" a property, which, if your angle is to carry what is owed on the property, in hopes the lender will be paid, is a very big gamble to take.

Most of our properties are 1-4 units with a smattering of commercial as well almost entirely in South and West Sides (no suburbs).I don't really care about the size of the bank but, ideally, we would find a bank that has:- Great customer service- Competitive fees- Highly functional online platform (and services that can help reduce overhead, like remote check deposit)- A willingness to at least entertain lending to an operation like ours (long term financing and potentially some operating lines)Any ideas/intro's would be greatly appreciated!

My wife and I earn blue collar money, we needed a platform we could leverage to create the cash flow to fund our dream of becoming independently wealthy.
