I just finished a round of funding from Asia, structured correctly you can avoid US withding taxes for your investors.  

Even with the Mrs. handling the designs, it still had to be a $1million or more in that 2yr timeframe it took to finish. 

We have something else in common other than REI, that being food and hospitality, only problem is you work so hard for so little in return unless your a celebrity cook but hey that's why we're here right!

Problem is that it needs to have its remodeling finished.

I just finished Brandon Turners "The Book on Investing in Real Estate..." and learned a great deal.  

The only problem is that the agreement was sign on the 19th and my partner is in the middle of purchasing another property which he want to delay sending in the application and other requirement until this is finish.

I am about one month out on finishing my first flip and I want to make sure that I am not paying too much in taxes.
