Hi All. I see its commonplace for new members to intro themselves so I thought I'd take a few minutes to do so.  My name is Keshav and I live in San Diego.  I'm looking to get started in real estate investing and buy rental properties for + cash flow.  I just finished Brandon Turners "The Book on Investing in Real Estate..." and learned a great deal.  I'm looking forward to getting to know some of you and maybe even doing business with you!
