We haven't explored section 8 yet but it is an interesting area as affordability reduces in the cities@George Blower and @Nathan Platter  We are excited to start connecting with people here.

We've also went to see the local city/town agency to inquire about this issue and they put us in touch with the Director of Public Works who manages the local Comcast agreement/permit (?)

The move-in date is 8/6, however they live out of town and won't be back for college until September (I told them I couldn't push the lease out a month).Given that they don't live in town, will it suffice to have them sign it online (currently using an online forms management software that makes online signatures quite easy)? 

I think AC needs to be rebranded as a beach town resort that happens to have casinos with great entertainment options.

I am thinking about putting in an offer on my first property near down town Atlanta but I’m not sure if it’s the right area, house size, or prIce.

I am in a college and airforce base town, this house within walking distance to a university.

NNN industrial properties are more interesting than MF in this area of town imo.

After Chicago burned down in the late 1800's, it became a railroad town with all of the industries that railroads supported.

I also highly recommend being active in real estate investor meetups in your town.
