I’m in the process of buying two vacant lots in FL.

An old Army friend of mine is looking to do a cash out ReFi and he is very new to the process. 

When I buy out of state I want to work with a company that owns the entire process from top to bottom as in they use their own money to purchase the home, renovate it, sell to an investor then manage for them as well on the back end.

There is nothing wrong with talking to sellers about selling their properties but for everything good in this world work to make the process easier and more transparent.

If you want someone to handle the whole process, hire a property manager.

Hi Chris Seveney, I just built a 2 unit in san diego and I was thinking about going solar on those unit's, but I don't know how the billing process works, the tenant pays the bill, or it's better to include it in the rentthank you 

It may be a scary, and frustrating process for you both, but please don't be peer pressured into a major life decision if you are not comfortable.Best regards.
