I began to work…. and save…and work again.Fast forward to today, I can proudly say I was able to purchase my first townhome in March, that I plan to rent out in the future.

This ended up being a blessing because you only get to use this program for your first home (hense the name), and if would have went through with the 0% DP VA loan I would have never been able to use the first time home buyers in the future.

As for the future of it being something like Frisco don’t see that either

I would have the one moving out sign a RELEASE OF RIGHTS TO POSSESSION form so that you don't have any problems in the future with him. 

I think we are heading in that direction so it could be a good time to buy in the near future.
