Should I continue to try and close?

Especially if it will be worth more in a year (as long as the law suit is really only going to take a year...as I’m sure you are well aware law suits can get drug out with continuances).

I do plan on continuing this project in the near future. 

They will receive case management from the agency which will include assisting them find another place and/or determining if they can continue to live independently. 

I would like to continue to develop that relationship and remember him mentioning to let him know about any deals I find.

Now the space is being readied for rent, and they would like to continue using the space.

I’m looking to meet people in this area so I thought this would be a great place to continue my networking efforts.

When we moved in we met with her and told her we would continue charging the same amount of rent she was being charged previously (which is about half of what other units bring in the area) but we wanted her to move out by April 1, which was about 2.5 months away.
