I’m working a realtor that works with a broker, but seems like sometimes I send him a deal, “sorry, it’s sold already” Feeling he is seeing his bigger clients some of the deals I find.

You can be a turnkey provider or broker.

If you are a Property Manager, make sure you are a Broker, or work for a Broker who does Property Management.

My dad has been both an investor & broker in this market for over 35 years and would love to share some knowledge.

I'm finding a hard time building that credibility with brokers but hoping to start with smaller units like this one to build that up.

Then, we did a Recast on another property based on advice a mortgage broker suggested, then we paid off another property.

These actions typically drag in the seller, agent, and broker....It may be easier to see if you can settle with the previous seller/agent first.

My Broker being the mad man he is, used my deal to bully the seller into giving my friends a good deal, so now we own the better part of a block.Right now I'm sitting on my property until the urban renewal project on my end of town brings up the property values a bit and hopefully I'll make a good profit and maybe find an investor interested in a a couple of duplexes when I go to make my next move. 

A local broker has an 18 unit 2br/1ba property but it’s a touch out of my range with the cash I can put to work.
