There are others that can only go full doc and will cater to the borrower who has been in business forever with great credit etc... and then there are others that only do no income verification loans, that stretch the boundaries when it comes to seasoning of funds and only require source etc...There are a lot of questions and a lot of factors that go into which lender should I choose and a thread on BP is just the beginning.
