Hi everyone. 

My name is Justin, I am a beginner in the investment business. I'm trying to navigate my way to my first deal, I'd like to accomplish this with other peoples money! I've seen so many people say that the money is out there, I'm at a loss on where to look and how to get it. Can anyone help!? I'm trying to acquire a duplex in the Pittsburgh area. I am grateful to anyone who will help this rookie get off the blocks!!

At my very first local meetup a seasoned investor was speaking and I'll never forget what he said about how to get money.  He said "run your mouth."  So I guess you're on the right track!
