I will be very careful before jumping into it blindly.

We can banter about real estate however I’m very blind and believe you as a person matter, as an American matter more.  2- if you need help with seeing a deal from an alternative perspective I’ll invite that conversation.

The information will be highly biased and if you have nothing to compare it to you will be blind sided by everything you didn't know.

Yup your in one of those markets when you have 50,000 vacant homes even a blind squirrel can find deals LOL.. simply cant do that in many other markets were you have NO vacant homes.. its highly regional 

You would not catch me dead again in a house that just drained money out of my pocket like the townhouse next to the mall with the HOA robbing me blind. 

That is why I hate it.Most importantly and no offense to your buddy helping you out.NEVER "just" listen to anyone blindly to do DMM or anything this important really.Also chances are they are not in your market so its risky to have someone else help.This DMM is way too expensive.

Nough said.So just a friendly warning on blindly sending out DMM.

To anyone who is a newbie and trying this method for the first time,  it will be like finding a needle in a haystack while blind folded? 

I have to blindly give you a check, there's zero recourse for you to not mention a thing about the property, and there is nothing I can do about it.
