@Syrica Brown - I would follow @Denise Evans advice from the previous post. 

I agree with Richard F,  While expensive focusing on drainage "outside" the basement is the only true fix, and while it may seem expensive, it's important to consider the cost of secondary damage to your home if the form of mold, mildew, rot, etc.
