It's a numbers game and it takes some persistence because you have to find so many leads to filter down to the ones you get to talk to and filter those until you get an actual deal here and there.

I think the customer experience using these companies will vary widely depending on the specific crew/ store/ location of course. 

Most of my current real estate is in Springfield, MO and I have found it to be a decent place for the buy-and-hold game.

Can anyone tell me about the Affidavit of something that also has to be filed, and also once I have the signed contract can anyone give me a referral on a title company that does double closings in the Atlanta area....Hopefully this will be my first wholesale deal....I'm tired of sitting in the cheap seats....I MUST get in the game.
