A little about me...I'm brand new to real estate investing and looking for my first property.

In Cincinnati, I cannot think of any brand new, ground up apartment developments under about 100 units. 

This presented us the opportunity to give the asset a rebirth by purchasing the property at an attractive price and replacing the property management to re-brand the asset after conducting physical upgrades.

Check the serial number and google the serial number for that certain brand.

It should be a single unit operator wanting to buy your business or a multi unit operator for various brands that is local and has structure to absorb your business in their portfolio.If your business has been there for a long time and you have multi-generational consumers that is a positive.

Get a good brand.

I am thinking of how to create a Brand around myself for being someone who can bring great deals to the table.

It costs anywhere between $149-$299 depending on the brand name.
