Where do you get REAL wholesale price for sinks/faucets/cabinets?

Hi ambitious investors I've question for you-- Where do you guys get REAL wholesale price materials like sinks, faucets and cabinets?

I checked lots of websites claiming they offer “Wholesale Pricing” but when you compare it’s not cheaper than Home Depot. While Home Depot give contractors 10% off. But hey, it’s nothing compare to REAL wholesale price.

I guess the construction companies and big contractors have access to the main importers. A normal investor probably don’t have much choice. Take an example of 32 or 33*18*9 double bowl sink, the cheapest you can find at home depot is around $60, but it’s paper thin22 gauge(0.029’’)! If you are going to use it for a 50k home it’s fine. But a better area demands at least 18gauge sinks (thickness 1.2mm(0.05’’) and considered the golden standard of kitchen sink). It costs anywhere between $149-$299 depending on the brand name.

So, I have an idea, if we can combine everybody’s needs and import directly, we can save 50% of the retail price! I can find top-tier manufacture with cUPC certification to send us a container over(I’m a Chinese of course, I was in import-export business before I came to the States to have my MBA at Notre Dame). Same situation as to faucet- a cUPC certified, decent, all brass, pull down faucet should cost not more than $60. A beautifully designed bathroom all brass faucet $40. I’m talking about all mid-high level stuff you can use for a decent project not the low level thing.

Therefore, I’m trying to investigate if there’s enough interest in this community. If yes, I can easily make it happen. I’ll get the goods here, put up a website or facebook group to list them and you can just purchase. I’m in Philadelphia so all local guys can come to pick up without having to pay shipping.

Or Pull down faucet, bathroom faucet, shower trim…etc. I’ll import the most wanted stuff first. The lead time will be around 60 days so not for your immediate project.
