Our houses both have city sized back yards.

Posted this last week with no responses - looking for any advice:I moved out of a New York City condo, owned and rented out by an individual landlord.

The home has an owner but has been on the city demo list for several years.

Properties are cheap in the city, taxes are low, and there's no Point of Sale.

I found this very useful on the forums that @Christopher Phillips a Real Estate Agent from Garden City, New Yorksaid "1031 can't be used for personal property.
