I look to see if the store has been re-imaged lately ( a good sign when the tenant throws heavy money into modernizing the store ).

I image if they move out they will want to remove it again, so Im thinking it may be better to just not say anything and leave it as is.

Is this even worthy considering, as it's a family deal and we are newly wed? 

Not that everyone has to go around my schedule but I live in Mansfield so my availability would be a Tues, Wed, or Thur from 8:00am until about 2 or 3 then would have to head back home.If the majority wants it at night I could make on every now and then but not consistently.Set up whatever's best for the majority Also can't do weekends

The county also has financial assessments available publicly for these locations and their 2023 report numbers appear pretty full when I cross-reference the units visible on aerial images with them.The third location, another popular REIT in this area, is entirely climate controlled.
