I've been so wrapped up in the nuts and bolts of learning how real estate works as a business, coupled with my fear of being on the hook for a mortgage payment of a place I can't fill, or can't sell for more than I put into it, when I've been missing out on the easiest and lowest risk venture that I could possibly think of that would net me more money than probably the first two properties that I could stick tenants into- where I'm living now.
