How old is the equipment in the store?

In the last 2 crashes, I watched as businesses and construction just halted, equipment sitting on jobsites, abandoned homes all over town, people packing up whatever they could stuff in vehicles and driving off, often in the middle of the night.

Even somebody completely ignorant to HVAC equipment/costs and only getting one bid for this work should not pay $5K.  

These low equipped me with the “grit” I needed to stay afloat and keep my head above water while the world around me, as I knew it, was crashing and burning.

Yes, there are 4 electric meters so I would have tenants pay their own electric bill, I'm guessing the electric that is recorded on Redfin is for property lights and laundry room equipment.

I would like one day that they sell washers and dryers that has built in Apple Pay or Google Wallet capabilities, and all a tenant has to do is to wave it near the washer or dryer and press their finger onto the Touch ID and I get paid as the machine unlocks for 1 load.Or may be I know what the tenants like to drink and I set up a vending machine that pour their favorite ice cold beers from dispensers and I get paid online and the Touch ID knows if he/she is over 21. 

Repave streets and upgrade utilities--that needs labor, and equipment and materials.
